Ohio Property Inspection Services has added it's newest agent in Franklin, Ohio. Brian Burns is the new owner of the independant office. The Franklin office is one of 6 Ohio locations for the company. Burns joins John Helmick and Scott Burkett in making OPiS one of Ohio's largest home inspection firms. Kuenkel will now be operating under the name "Ohio Property Inspection Services (OPiS) Mason", and will be servicing all of Warren and Butler Counties. "Ryan has been a full time inspector for several years, and brings a ton of technical knowledge to the table" says Scott Burkett, co- owner of OPiS.
