The estimate is through a sister company of OPiS called KINGDOM CONTRACTING. KINGDOM CONTRACTING can make the repairs themselves or sub-contract the job out to another service provider if needed.

"We are not trying to create a conflict of interest here" says Burkett. "It's only an estimate. You can get as many as you like from other contractors. We are only trying to save people time by providing them with valuable information as quickly as possible from a reputable contractor. We think that this new service will help expedite the process from inspections to closing."

OPiS / KiNG adds another office in Ohio

Ohio Property Inspection Services has added it's newest agent in Franklin, Ohio. Brian Burns is the new owner of the independant office. The Franklin office is one of 6 Ohio locations for the company. Burns joins John Helmick and Scott Burkett in making OPiS one of Ohio's largest home inspection firms.
