OPiS Inspector's Now Providing Repair Cost Estimates!
"In an effort to save people time and effort, OPiS Inspectors are now able to provide repair cost estimates at the time of the inspection." says John Helmick. This enables the buyers and their agents better able to negotiate their contract in a timely manner"
The estimate is through a sister company of OPiS called Victory Home Services. Victory Home Services can make the repairs themselves or sub-contract the job out to another service provider if needed.
"We are enabling the buyer to make a better decision in a timely manner." says Helmick. "It's only an estimate. You can get as many as you like from other contractors. We are trying to save people time by providing them with valuable information as quickly as possible from a reputable contractor. We think that this new service will help expedite the process from inspections to closing."
